We went to the park yesterday. It was quite busy, not surprisingly, considering what a lovely day it was. Bright blue skies, not especially cold. Days you yearn for sometimes in August, let alone February. (While I was there I had a big chocolate chip cookie. Speaking to my niece this morning, she and my mother went to the park also yesterday, and my niece had a giant cookie!)
I took quite a lot of photos, of varying quality (varying from not at all good to really quite bad). What has struck me is how much blueness there is in the light. I am not sure if it's a calibration problem with my camera, simple user error - I tend to use the Automatic White Balance setting, or something inherent in the light - maybe something to do with the time of year, low sun, or whatever.
I would be interested to know what causes it...
