Ron is a plumber by trade, he has also made a small fortune on property deals. He has a 17 room house in Balham, not the cheapest postcode. There's no heating, or even hot water, but don't let that bother you. He also has a house in the Lake District although he hasn't visited it for two years. He made a third of a million in selling his late mother's house. Although he is 67, and, reputedly, a millionaire, he still goes to work every day.
Despite being a millionaire, he drives a clapped out old banger, and wears 'NHS' glasses. He seldom washes, and rarely changes his clothes.
Two years ago Ron developed a new hobby. Crack cocaine. Every night, he hangs out with the prostitues in their crack dens, spending up to £400 a night, slowly frittering the proceeds of his mother's house.
We expect that one day he will be robbed, beaten up and left for dead by the crackwhores or their pimps.
