It perplexes me. For a start I can never work out whether I find it attractive or not (as a by-the-way, I can't stand back and shoulder hair - if I had a man with that I would send him for a wax pdq).
I was involved with a man some years ago, who lacked chest hair. A mutual friend - male, gay - said that this was man was unattractive because of a lack of chest hair. I disagreed. Mutual friend went onto say that men don't grow chest hair until they lose a significant amount of head hair.
It must be said that many men I know with a decent amount of head hair often lack a chest wig. There again, I've known men with good head hair and thick chest hair, and other men with neither.
My fiancé has a very good head of hair (especially compared to his younger brother...), and very little chest or leg hair, although a sexily hairy stomach. He claims he lost most of his leg hair through delivering paraffin for over twenty years.
Discuss.
