I wasn't there, BTW. It's a good few years since I've been to an FA Cup Semi Final. Good few years since I've been to a live match. Jonah and all that.
We went out for dinner immediately after, and I didn't get round to blogging it. I thought that maybe my youngest Guest Blogger might have something to say.
Anyway Manchester United continued their inevitable and unstoppable progress into the FA Cup Final. I thought over the weekend that they have never lost a domestic semi in my lifetime. Motty said that they last lost one in 1970. I don't remember that. Harold Wilson was Prime Minister, Paul VI (the last gay Pope) was Pope, and Number One was probably either Bridge Over Troubled Water or All Kinds of Everything.
The Final will be on 21 May which I know is also Eurovision Song Contest Day.
