Innovation and common sense

This morning Parcel Force delivered my birthday present, from Amazon. I had to sign for it - using a Palm, rather than a pen-and-paper, which, I imagine helps them with tracking.

But what really impressed me was, on the front of the parcel, there was a map showing precisely where my house is. My house is alittle difficult to find - although it is clearly marked on A-Zs. So many deliverers and workmen have difficulty finding it.

But the Parcelforce man had no apparent difficulties, because he had a clear map before his eyes.
