Apparently, the President of South Korea is visiting (certain of my colleagues have said 'lock up your dogs').
There are flags flying - the Palace has a big standard visible from afar.
Outside is traffic chaos. Immediately outside is parked a police tow car, and a London Ambulance Service Emergency Support Vehicle. Lots and lots of hire vans packed with police officers. And a helicopter is audible overhead.
