Technically not murder, I'll admit.
But I would like someone to explain to me why drivers who kill get such short sentences, even though in many cases they follow a course of actions which any reasonable person knows makes them far more likely to cause a serious accident.
I am confused that someone who kills in a provoked, spur-of-the-moment retaliation often gets a much stiffer sentence than someone who deliberately and cold bloodedly takes a course of action that results in a death.
