What a fabulous record to play on a gorgeous sunny day in Brixton Village! Mellow chilling, with just one ingredient missing. Still who needs weed when you've got coffee and nicotine?
I didn't especially like Bob Marley when I was young, and wondered what all the fuss was when he died. Time and maturity have enamoured him. This album is relatively new to my collection. I bought it in August 2000, when I was temping. I used to take my timesheet to the finance office of my agency, dangerously close to Tower Records at Piccadilly Circus.
14 tracks, most of them classics. I love the harmonies from The Wailers on Buffalo Soldier.
Favourite tracks include: No Woman No Cry; One Love/People Get Ready; and Redemption Song.
If you are feeling melancholy, play this: it soars the spirits...
Okay, what comes next alphabetically?
