I tried to send the following compalint to NTL, but I was told that there was a server fault and I was to contact the system administrator. Not that there any clues on how to do so. Or any othe rmeans of contact other than the non-functioning form.
I have just been cold-called by your sales rep. I (politely but firmly) said I do not do business with cold callers.After I replaced the phone, I wondered whether perhaps the call was to inform me that your services were now available in my area.
They are not.
What kind of incompetent organisation are you that you try to market your (reputedly shoddy) product to people who could not receive it anyway, disturbing me in my own home.
I am not alone in being sick and tired of cold calling and would wish that money-grabbing incompetent organisations like your own would just leave us alone.
Incidentally, this form is also stupid.

Why do you require an account number, when, as I have stated, I couldn't get your services if I wanted to. Which I don't.
