Not that it was work all weekend. There was the small matter of eating, as well. We got through five bottles of wine in three days, which is about right, I guess. Jimmy's gone home now, to look after his father.
On Friday we had Toasted Goats' Cheese with Blackened Sherry-vinegar Onions and Smoked Haddock with Spinach and Chive Butter Sauce.
On Saturday, we had Delia's marinated mushrooms, which aren't online, Thai Prawn Curry with Pineapple, and Sainsbury's Panna Cotta.
On Sunday, we had Sainsbury's Horseradish and Trout mousse with oatcakes, followed by Sainsbury's Orkney Salmon and Asparagus parcels, with stir fry spring onions, French beans and garlic, followed by Sainsburys Simnel Cake.

Tonight I am having a Sainsbury's Vegetarian Indian Meal for one.
