On Wednesday, I popped out of the office to take photos of elephants in Victoria Tower Gardens. I got better pictures than this of the actual elephants but they can wait.
As I was close to College Green, the epicentre of the media circus surrounding the formation of the new coalition government, I thought I would linger and shoot there, too.
The elephant in the room may well be that no one seems to have mentioned that Simon Hughes may not be entirely overjoyed at having to work closely with the Conservatives
NB: Anyone who posts a confrontational comment arguing on the basis of serious political points will be deleted; this isn't supposed to be taken seriously as Political Commentary. And yes, I know it's lame opportunistic attempt at stretching a metaphor/chiché to breaking point.
Also, in retrospect, I should have changed the angle to get the full glory of the clock face.
