Totally grotesque - although my eyes are drawn to the scary face, much preferring the 'before' picture.
But what makes me laugh is the sanctimonious Sun preaching
And surgeons should not blindly give free rein to women who, for some unknown reason, feel so utterly insecure about themselves that distorting their body becomes their chosen way to express this anxiety.
Presumably, this is a different Sun from the one that routinely objectifies women, especially breasts, and keeps on with that subliminal message that surface appearance is all that matters.
