I'm obese. Apparently. My father calculated that when he was doing his National service he was, supposedly, a stone overweight.
And this article nicely points out the risks of osteoporosis for thin women. I get very smug as I watch the skinny people munching their lettuce leaves; already at my age I observe how tight and wrinkeled their skin is. I think of my dairy-product rich diet and know that even when I'm retired I'll have good skin and great bones. And fabulous teeth.
Oh, and by the way, food is one of the great sensual pleasures in life. I really don't have any psychological issues with food. Especially not puddings. They were invented to stimulate the sensuous.
