Parcelforce have some serious explaining to do.
I was promised on Saturday and Monday last week that I would have my parcel delivered on Monday of last week, to be told early afternoon that I wouldn't.
One day's annual leave wasted.
I have made so many phone calls about this parcel I have lost count. Money wasted.
On Thursday, I was promised a Saturday delivery.
On Thursday evening I was becoming increasingly depressed about the mess that is my house, waiting for my floor to be laid.
I have cut my foot on the saw in the outhouse/utility room, borrowed to help with the laying of my floor, that is impeding my access to my washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Yesterday, I had an argument with my partner about the mess of my house. He felt annoyed at me so had an argument with his son.
My parcel has not turned up today, and my nerves are in shatters. I'm alternatively hyperventilating and trembling. I am told that my parcel is missing in the Mitcham depot of Parcelforce.
They say they tried to deliver it - yesterday, I think. I don't know. They didn't put a card through the door. The driver who returned it to the depot didn't bother to scan it back in, so they don't know where it is, and they can't be bothered to make the effort to find it today and deliver it.
How dare they take my money and not perform their job? How dare they show such callous disregard for all the above points?
I am emailing them a link to this blog entry, and therefore to this, this, this and this.
