Well, we managed to get ourselves a week in Crete at the end of the month for not very much. It's actually an All Inclusive complex but the online descriptions of the hotel food sound unappetising. However, we had originally said if we got a holiday for that price Half Board it would be so ridiculously cheap that it would be sinful not to spend the extra on eating proper meals in the tavernas and restaurants in the town.
The pictures of the resort lok lovely. Described as 'romantic' and retaining a 'Cretan character'. No mention of fun or parties. We don't go on holiday for fun.
