We watched the first half of Olympique Lyonnaise v Manchester United last night. United were dire and deserved to go two goals down. He went to bed, I switched off the telly and pu ton music. I later discovered that Ruud van Nistelrooy had pulled back two goals, to salvage a draw, which is a good away result in the Champions League.
Mind you, the match to watch will be Middlesbrough v Banik Ostrava. Not especially for the game, but to see what the crowd are wearing...
