From Horse Guards' Road.
Moments after this my camera battery went flat.
Moments after that, I was stood on a traffic island, with a camera (with flat battery) waiting to cross Horse Guards' Road.
Gordon Brown's entourage pulled up and Gordon's car stopped just inches from where I was standing, with a camera round my neck.
With a flat battery!
