Brandenburg
This picture sums up to me my impressions of Berlin architecturally. An astounding old building, in the midst of a building site.
I found it be a mess, for reasons that encapsulate the history of the 20th Century. But I want to stress how much I enjoyed the unphotographable elements of Berlin, notably the atmosphere and attitude, which I rate highly.
A sort of organised haphazard chaos. Relaxed people. Friendliness.
