I've just spotted your comment! I normally mark things like recipes as 'private', so hadn't realised it had posted onto the blog.
I sort of made them - left out all the Jubilee faff, and used puff pastry, of which we have plenty, rather than filo, which we had too much of in Greece.
I had a couple warm when Jimmy, my sister and my niece were having roast beef; I've also had some cold as part of my packed lunch. Jimmy had the leftover filling on toast. Nice taste, easy to make - most laborious aspect is chopping the mushrooms.
It's from an entire site devoted to mushrooms. Mushrooms are a newly-discovered pleasure for me - I've always used them, but never really appreciated the different flavours and their versatility
